Bakuriani - is the most famous winter ski resort in Georgia. Bakuriani is located on the north part of the Trialetski ridge, near Borjomi gorge.

Bakuriani is a small village 1700 m high from sea level and surrounded by different mountains, alpine meadows and bushy pine forests. It is only 190 km. from Tbilisi airport (3 hours).
The Ski time begins in November and ends in March. Winter is cold, snowy, sunny, but not windy. That is why you can see a lot of skiers in swimsuit.
