The Maslonagrevatelny station are intended for a warming up of thermal oil for the purpose of maintenance of working temperature of bitumen in tanks. Thermal oil heats up in the isolated device in which thick spirals established one over another and form the camera with a torch of pipes inside. Thus, the effective heating camera with good circulation of heat on the surface of the big square is created. The pump banishes thermal oil on a spiral, providing the set temperature. Heating of oil is completely automated and safe. It is controlled by the thermostat and a flowmeter for shutdown of a torch in case of an overheat or reduction of level of oil.
There are 4 types of the torches using fuel oil, diesel fuel, the gas combined (diesel gas) types of fuel. The equipment is irreplaceable as a part of asfaltosmesitelny installations for a bitumen warming up in bitumokhranilishcha, and also as a part of the plants on production of bituminous emulsions and the modified bitumen.
