We guarantee fresh, fertile hatching eggs, delivered to you in good condition. We specially pack our eggs for shipping, if you receive any broken or cracked eggs please contact us upon arrival. Call or email us if replacements are needed. All egg shipments are insured. Due to incubation conditions out of our control we are unable to guarantee hatchability. Standard hatchability is 85 - 90% , we carefully package your eggs but we assume your eggs may also encounter unexpected temperatures, bouncing, or shock in shipping which could affect the success of your hatch, so a realistic expectation for hatchability would be slightly less. Once again we cannot guarantee hatchability.
