Extract of Feijoa

Production of the essential oils using vapour is the oldest method. The vapour penetrates into the material, from which the essential oil is obtained. The mixture of essential oil and vapour then is transmitted to a special pipe and a liquid mass is obtained. After this, the mass of oil and water penetrated into the separating vessel is separated from one another, as a result of their weight difference. This results in two products: pure essential oil and aromatic hydrolyte.

Through the leadership of the thermodynamically optimized steam used by our distillation units, our essential oils are obtained in a very gentle and efficient way. With a mobile distillation unit we distill from the freshly harvested plants, our essential oil with the full flavor and the freshest way. Since we do not distill with pressure, which means that during our distillation, the steam temperature does not rise above 100 ° C, all the thermo labile and volatile components in the oil are obtained. On request, we can produce the very fine and floral aromas from the vacuum distillation too.

Our essential oils are highly pure and need no further treatment!
