Endive Lettuce

The endive and similar varieties like escarole and fries are curly lettuce varieties. Their mild bitter taste is a good addition to the onion, garlic and thyme. Endive is often used as raw or boiled for decoration or shrimps, fish, citrus or cheese.

The assortment of products offered by "Eco Farm" is growing perpetually and is comprised from regular and novelty vegetable varieties, that were unknown at the local market.

Company "Sense Selection" was awarded as the best innovative producer company by the Ministry of Agriculture, Adjara in 2010 year.

The managing partner of company "Sense Selection" Gigi Mikabadze was awarded as the best young businessman of the year by the Ministry of Economics of Georgia in 2011 year.

The management of the company together with local farmers established NGO "Georgian Farmers Association Eco Farm" in 2011 year, which is a member of agriculture committee of American Chamber of Commerce.

Company "Sense Selection" was nominated as the best ecological production at "Mercury Award 2011".
