- Preparation of drawings in the form of an album. 

- Supervision during repairs.

- Water supply. 

- Electricity. 

- Heating. 

- Painting works. 

- Floor-laying. 

Any use of the interior and exterior laser measurement. Making electronic versions of drawings (all documents required to be submitted to City Hall)
